Dan Murphy’s North Ryde submitted for DA awaiting Approval

After 3 years of preparation work and rezoning application, the DA for a new Dan Murphy’s development is finally submitted to Council awaiting approval. This proposal complements the existing Ranch Hotel generating new employment opportunities and activation along the Epping Road corridor.

We worked closely with external consultants to address noise concerns and traffic flow on and off the site, whilst maintaining the client’s brand vision.
