Lake Haven Shopping Centre under Construction

This project includes the additions and alterations to an existing shopping centre to provide the Lessor works for a new Aldi supermarket (1500sqm), two new tenancies (530sqm) and a new Woolworths Loading Dock. The re-configured Woolworths Loading Dock and Aldi extension are located on a new suspended post-tensioned slab and sit over an extension to the undercroft parking to provide 18 carspaces. A timber acoustic fence has been constructed to minimize noise levels to the adjacent residences.
