Lake Macquarie Fair and Mount Hutton Plaza are two adjoining but unconnected shopping centres in the Hunter region of NSW. Redevelopment of this site involves the demolition of the smaller Mount Hutton Plaza centre, comprising of a 3,087 sqm Coles and 11 specialty stores and the construction a new elevated 4,200 sqm Coles and associated specialty stores. The new supermarket and mall will integrate with the existing Lake Macquarie Fair.
