Secret Harbour out to tender

After undergoing some redesign to enhance the High Street Facade, the Secret Harbour Shopping Centre expansion is currently out to tender on a 30% Design and Construct documentation package. Tenders are due to close this month and it is anticipated that by the end of August a builder will be on board.
