With an increased focus on client relationships i2C have created new Business Development positions and promoted within
Team members Andrew Kirkland and Luke McKean have recently stepped into new roles paving the way for superior client service and collaborative business partnerships. Andrew will head up Business Development nationally and Luke recently promoted to Associate will head up Business Development in our Sydney Studio.
Andrew Kirkland (Kirky) shares some insights:
Prior to joining i2C in 2006 I had been managing my own residential design firm; walking into the commercial and retail world of i2C was both interesting and exciting. My journey with the Company has involved some incredible projects, fantastic team members, and the forming of lifelong friendships via my continual contact with clients.
However I believe that it is the maturing of i2C as a Company that I’m most proud of and I have been in the privileged position of seeing it blossom. As a Team, we have dodged downturns in the industry, heavily invested in our people and new technologies, and developed a culture and vision that sets us apart from most other companies.
As part of the continual growth and structuring of i2C, I have now made the transition into the role of National Business Development for i2C. We are embarking on a wonderful period in the life of the Company where research, communication and general business development deserve dedicated attention and monitoring.
I have received tremendous encouragement from my Team and look forward to working closely with Luke McKean in our Sydney Studio. Luke was recently promoted to Associate, (recognition of his hard work and extensive 14 years experience in the Industry), and he is keen to further develop this role.
I plan to stay involved at the coal face of developing projects and designs with our clients, and will neve, r lose my desire to put pen to paper, but will essentially be responsible for co-ordination of our client base and business opportunities.
I am extremely excited about this direction for both myself, Luke and i2C.
