The Palmerston – finally complete

The mixed use development at Carlton (retail on ground floor and double storey apartments above) is now complete!

The use of the timber cladding in different ways on the external facade is definitely a highlight.

The corner apartments will be the most sort after as they offer the most natural light and include great views of the city and busy Rathdowne Street. The remainder of the apartments; although somewhat small, have been finished really well and will be a desirable location to live.
