Coles Romsey

The new Coles Romsey Shopping Centre will feature a full-size Coles supermarket, Liquorland store, and a specialty store with approximately 200 sqm of available space, along with 195 parking spaces. This location was the first trial store for Coles’ sustainability initiatives, testing various strategies the company has aimed to implement across its stores. Partnering with Coles on this journey has been an exciting journey.

i2C has been involved from the initial site planning through to the development application, documentation, and site construction, working alongside Insitu Builders and Urban Project Management. The Coles Romsey Shopping Centre is set to open in early 2025, with the fit-out currently underway and being fast-tracked, as the project team work towards year-end deadlines.
