Paul has been a partner at Ryder Architecture for 12 years and from September 2019 has been working alongside i2C. Ryder and i2C are founding members of the Ryder Alliance.
Paul is responsible for the development of our international portfolio in Build to Rent, Education and a broad approach to health including Later Living.

He has led many high profile projects across a range of sectors including urban design, health, education and mixed use infrastructure projects. Paul has spoken around the world on a range of topics including sustainable healthcare design, transport infrastructure and blurring the boundaries across sectors to create integrated environments in which people can live and age well. Paul leads Ryder’s Northern Arc Hyperloop proposition, one of ten schemes at the global forefront of this emerging technology.

He loves to cycle, has ‘enjoyed’ three 1500km Cycle to MIPIM rides from London to Cannes and spent his first Sunday in Australia completing Melbourne’s Around the Bay ride.
