The Fresh Food Precinct at Maroubra Pacific Square were upgraded as part of a whole centre refurbishment that i2C undertook for one of our long standing client’s, Charter Hall.

The design for the Fresh Food Precinct focused on the coastal atmosphere to celebrate its landscape
We utilised finishes inspired by beach tones, whitewashed timbers paired with driftwood feature ceilings and sleek white dropdowns emphasising key food tenancies. We refreshed each of the columns with bright greys in changing tones with hanging pot plants to enhance the biophilic experience of the centre. The palette and feature elements selected ties the centre to the local context whilst sets it apart as a place to be.
