BALANCING DESIGN INTENT WITH PROJECT REQUIREMENTS TO IDENTIFY PRACTICAL SOLUTIONS
Located in Clyde North, which provides amenity to the local community, including Woolworths as the anchor tenant, with 1700sqm of Mini Major (Aldi), and 2000sqm specialty tenancies, including food and 365sqm of liquor delivered across a staged approach.
The Ramlegh Springs development saw a great focus on constructability and value management for the client. We worked closely with the builder and client to identify practical solutions, balance design intent with project requirements and achieve efficiencies throughout the process.
Through ongoing collaboration between the client, builder and design team, we were able to resolve key challenges and deliver a considered outcome that met the project’s objectives.
THERMAL CONSIDERATIONS FOR MAXIMUM USER COMFORT
Ramlegh Springs strongly focused on thermal insulation to ensure conditioned spaces across the development promoted overall comfort of customers and users. This work was completed in conjunction with Edison Consultants.
