Support i2C’s Oxfam Trailwalker team
This year, we are taking part in the Oxfam Trailwalker, which is one of the most inspiring team challenges in the world. The team of four, will start, stick and finish together through a 50km journey. It’s all about teamwork.
Brett Lindner, Craig Yeaman, Dan Coman and Emma O’Reilly are taking part in this trekking event to tackle poverty feet first, to help end world poverty, funding Oxfam projects across the globe. On Saturday 27th August, the group will be joining over 470 teams along the beautiful bush trail of the Great North Walk as they trek from Bobbin Head to Balgowlah, NSW.
There will be very sore legs, sweaty hair and maybe a blister or two. There will also be great chats, lots of laughs, camaraderie and connection, and a wonderful feeling of exhilaration when we reach the finish line after all of the hours of training.
Every donation helps!
Oxfam Trailwalker in Australia has raised more than $95 million since 1999. With the support of the Trailwalker teams, Oxfam around the world reaches 22 million people in 79 countries. The funds raised carry out vital work around the world and enable the people we help to bring about positive change in their lives. Together we are; Working with First Peoples to achieve the change they seek. Empowering women and girls to earn, learn and lead and ensuring justice for communities impacted by the climate crisis and empowering communities to lift themselves out of poverty.
