The Palmerston – Construction Frenzy

Construction is well under way on the mixed use development on Rathdowne Street Carlton. The building is almost at lock up with the rear section secure and only the Palmerston Street side to follow.

After some issues with existing power lines the builders are flying through the internal works of both the tenancies on the ground floor and the apartments above. Externally the claddings are being installed including the recycled timber, which will be a fantastic feature once finished.

The construction should be finished within the next couple of months.
