At i2C we have a close knit team with a great mix of abilities. Over the last few years we have been recognised consistently as one of the Top 100 Great Places to Work (GPTW) and whilst we are pretty pleased with the accolade the recognition has come about due to our commitment to uphold our Points of Culture.

The involvement of i2C in the Great Places to Work program enables us to track that development through an external resource. This ensures we are staying true to our core values as we continue to develop as a company. The feedback and understandings gained each year has been crucial to our growth. It is with this feedback that we are able to continually learn and cultivate a positive work culture.

Our team was involved in developing our cultural statement and clearly identifying seven specific points. We believe these set us apart from other design firms.
