Announcing our new Associates

We are proud to announce the promotion of Michelle Booth and Terri Baisley to Associates.

For i2C, the promotion to Associate acknowledges a team member who embodies i2C’s core values and dedication to providing a high level of service and care within the business.

Since joining i2C in 2019, Michelle has brought a wealth of experience and efficiency to everything she does at i2C. She continues to challenge herself in her skillset and knowledge, including stepping up as a leader within the business and taking on the enormous task of the Total Synergy implementation and transition management. All whilst coordinating and managing her Business Services team and the general national studio management. Michelle highlights all the key attributes of what is requested of a team member at the Associate level.

Terri worked as a professional architect in South Africa before joining in 2015. Her passion for interior design and architecture has a positive impact on the beautiful spaces she creates. Returning to work after maternity leave, she has shown incredible organisation and team management as our Senior Interior Design Lead. Terri is always looking to better herself, the business, and those around her. Leading by example, continually looking to see how she can raise the bar and where she can provide support for the team.
