Boyd Southbank Build to Rent development

The Boyd Southbank build to rent development is set to become a valuable addition to Melbourne’s growing Southbank community.

The Southbank build to rent development will offer more housing options in a desirable location, with 434 build to rent apartments, 40 of which are affordable units. This significant contribution to the area’s growth includes access to several excellent amenities, such as the Southbank Library and Boyd Park, as well as convenient access to Melbourne’s major entertainment and arts precinct.

We were honoured to participate in a smoking ceremony for the Boyd Southbank build to rent sod turning, where local Aboriginal elder Perry Wandin welcomed us onto Wurundjeri Country.

Appointed as the Architectural Design Peer Review, our team played a crucial role in crafting the project brief for Investa, laying the groundwork for the development. We’re excited to peer review DKO architecture’s drawings and designs, leveraging our collective expertise to ensure the development meets the highest standards of design quality. By collaborating with DKO architecture’s experienced and talented architects, we aim to make a positive impact on the community.
