Cranbourne Park Development – Stage 2 nears completion
Cranbourne Park development works are coming to an end with Stages 3 and 4 due in August and September.
Stage 3 comprises of half a dozen specialty shops with the new Harris Scarfe and JB Hi Fi occupying the space freed up with Coles move into the new centre earlier in the year. Both of the larger tenancies have been handed over and fitout works are well underway.
Stage 4 comprises office space, a gym and Evocca College. These are due for handover at the end of July 2015 with a final opening phase in early September.
The builder has scaled down operations as a result and the long, arduous task of site shed removal should begin shortly with site operations transferring to less intrusive accommodation, allowing for the final touches to the carpark deck to occur.
