Dan Murphy’s Guildford nears completion

It’s not your standard Dan Murphy’s when you look at it and that is exactly what we tried to achieve by responding to the environment it sits in.

The new Dan Murphy’s at Guildford is located within an industrial area of town attached to the Golfview Hotel which we have refurbished as part of this project.

The hotel facade is looking a lot more modern than it’s original state, which is almost a distant memory now.

The external works are close to completion with the pylon sign standing proud marking the site from a far.

Using Kaynemaile to reduce the structural supports required for the screen, it also forms a strong entry statement with the customised colour to suit Dan Murphy’s branding.

The refurbished hotel and new gaming area merge nicely with the bold liquor store.

The builder Rohrig have handed over the site to the developer ALH Group who is awaiting the fitout works to be completed by Inten within the new Dan Murphy’s.

Woolworths are looking forward to opening its doors to the public by the end of April 2018.
