Eastern Creek Quarter (ECQ) XL Launches

Located in the thriving Western Sydney catchment – Stage two of the award-winning Eastern Creek Quarter (ECQ) XL has officially launched. ECQ XL is the second stage of the award-winning Eastern Creek Quarter which features high-quality brands, national retailers and international names.

ECQ XL encompasses over 11,000sqm of large format retail space with 14 stores and an additional 340 on-grade parking spaces. ECQ XL features a diverse mix of high-profile retailers and large format brands, including Anaconda, McDonald’s, Officeworks, 4WD Supa Centre, PETQuarters, Road Tech Marine, Weber, RSEA Safety, Totally Workwear, Nutrition Warehouse, Neptune Swim School and KFC, along with T-Spoon Café.

Frasers Property continues to take a sustainable approach and aims at targeting a 5 Green Star rating for ECQ XL. A 5 Star Green Star Design and As Built rating is being targeted for ECQ XL with a major 400kW solar PV system to generate energy for use on-site. The majority of ECQ XL tenants receive cheaper, 100% carbon neutral energy via an embedded network operated by Real Utilities, Frasers Property’s wholly-owned licensed energy retailing business which provides customers 100% Climate Active-certified carbon neutral energy.
