FIPWA wins Best Industrial Building at Master Builders Awards WA

Cooper & Oxley received the award for Best Industrial Building $10M-$20M at the 2023 Master Builders Awards WA, earning top honours for their work on Shire of Murray Food Innovation Precinct Western Australia.

The Master Builders Awards program showcases and rewards members for demonstrating exceptional craftsmanship, commitment to building excellence and upholding the highest professional standard. This is evident in the delivery and meticulous attention to detail this project required.

The Food Innovation Precinct Western Australia (FIPWA) comprises a research and development facility, a production building and an innovation centre. It has been a great honour being the project architect for the precinct and working with a team of leading project partners including Cooper & Oxley, Realcom, Peritas Group, Lucid Consulting, LCI Consultants, EPCAD, Resolve Group, Reverberate, E Rated.
