Golfview Hotel Project Update

The Golfview Hotel refurbishment in Guildford is looking great. The new kitchen has been handed over and is operational.

The bar extension and upgrades are well underway with a new bar front, top and back as well as bulkhead finish. The extended gaming room is being painted, new louvres installed aiming for completion at the end of November. The offices and back-of-house areas are close to completion.

The builder started gutting out the redundant hotel spaces adjacent to and above the operating hotel ready for demolition.

Car park works have also started with demolition works well underway.

Half of the pub has been removed to make room for the new Dan Murphy’s store.
