Kalkallo Aspire Childcare Centre supports the local community
Nestled just 31km North of Melbourne’s bustling CBD in the heart of Stockland’s Cloverton development, Kalkallo Aspire Childcare has been designed to support the local community’s educational requirements. Situated within the vibrant Kalkallo Town Centre, Aspire Childcare Centre boasts a convenient location with easy access to essential amenities such as Woolworths, diverse food and beverage outlets, grocery stores, a gym, and pharmacy provisions.
As a much-anticipated addition to this rapidly expanding community, Aspire Childcare is committed to serving the needs of local families, providing a nurturing environment for the growth and development of 148 children from both the immediate and surrounding areas. Strategically positioned across the road from Kalkallo’s Recreation Reserve, we ensure that children not only benefit from our top-notch facilities but also have the opportunity to explore and engage with the local community and natural surroundings.
The design embraces openness, prioritising natural light and seamlessly integrating the indoor and outdoor spaces. Nine spacious rooms have been created for children aged six weeks to six years, each room features expansive, raked ceilings or high clerestory windows, allowing daylight to flood in and fostering a strong connection between the kids and the external environment. Internally, warm and welcoming timber floors create an atmosphere of comfort and care.
Beyond the walls of the centre, the playground unfolds around the built form, extending the play experience into a dynamic and engaging playscape. This holistic approach to design ensures that every aspect of Aspire Childcare is tailored to support the well-being and development of the children.
