Mernda Junction Shopping Centre

The internal mall areas are coming together with the highlight feature being the leaf shaped skylight in the centre of the mall.

The outline of the shape is complete, however, there are still some finishing touches that still need to be done including some LEDs and a timber veneer/ panelling. To complement this skylight there are more ’leaves’ designed in the ceiling as well as some timber battening to help complete the look. The interior of the mall with the timber battens and leaf motifs is following the theme of the trees and timber on the outside of the development.

The organised chaos of the co-ordination of the services is underway at the moment and although not supposed to be a feature will add another element to the carpark soffit.
