Construction on Mernda Junction is underway

Construction on Mernda Junction is well underway. The centre is set to create a new benchmark in neighbourhood shopping, community services and casual dining to service this well established trade area.

Mernda is a rapidly developing residential area and currently one of the fastest growing areas in Australia.

Mernda Junction Shopping Centre is located in a high profile position on the north-west corner of Plenty and Bridge Inn Roads, both being major traffic routes respectively in the area and easily accessible via the Metropolitan Ring Road.

The development consists of the of an under-croft carpark with approx. 15 tenancies on the lower level made up of medical, specialty stores and a food precinct.

The upper level, which is on grade to from the West of the site, has a Coles supermarket as well as an additional 6 specialty food tenancies.

Construction on Mernda Junction is well under way and is expected to be complete with the centre operating by the end of 2018
