On site at Dan Murphy’s Rockingham

With the end of the year weeks away we are rapidly approaching the end of our journey on the delivery of the new Dan Murphy’s Rockingham store.

The new building was required to adjoin the existing Swinging Pig Hotel as a condition of the liquor license. This created a challenge for the design team due to the sighting requirements of the Dan Murphy’s and the access requirements for deliveries and loading. The design solution was to connect the two buildings via an overpass fulfilling the permit conditions whilst allowing the delivery vehicles unimpeded access through the site.

With an aggressive construction program, a project team collaborating and trades working in tandem practical completion will be on 15th December 2023 allowing opening early in 2024.
