Pimpama City Stage 3 – Large Format Retail development by Rix Developments is now completed and is open to the public.

The Large Format Retail is an adjoining extension to the established and thriving Pimpama City Shopping Centre. The centre continues to anchor itself for convenience and quality service, as well as supporting the growing catchment and strong community within the Norther Corridor of Gold Coast.

Pimpama City Stage 3, features over 8,000m²* of lease area and is anchored by national retailers –  BCF, Supercheap Auto, PETstock, Sydney Tools, JayCar, Home Living, Aussie Hobbies with an ancillary Auto Masters. . The development focuses on customer convenience, connection and safety, whilst also ensuring that the retailers can maintain operational efficiencies at the rear.
