Pimpama Shopping Centre Stage 3

It’s exciting to see the progress of the large format retail development at Pimpama Shopping Centre – Stage 3.

Inspired by Rix Development’s vision to create a “World Class Centre” for the community of Pimpama, resulted in the creation of a high-quality, customer-friendly shopping destination that offers a broad range of retailers and convenience.

i2C has assisted in the delivery of Stage 1 and Stage 2 of Pimpama Shopping Centre development. With our ongoing established client relationship, i2C is now assisting with delivering Stage 3 which consists of a 8200 sqm of GFA of large format retail which is now 100% leased by showcasing high-profile Australian retailers.

i2C has been involved through masterplanning, development application, leasing and recently completing detailed design and construction documentation.  T Builder – SJ Higgins.  The large format retail centre is due to open in December 2023.
