Stockland Baringa Extension

The recent extension to the Stockland Baringa Retail Centre is now open! This project expands the Medical Centre and adds new tenancies, including Ace Pharmacy Baringa and allied health services, to meet the needs of the growing community. Stockland Baringa is a neighborhood center situated in the Aura community.

i2C was involved from the DA stage and assisted with design and construction documentation through to construction services under novation with SJ Higgins Construction. As the lead consultant on the project, our team coordinated with various consultants to ensure a successful extension. We enjoyed working closely with Stockland and SJ Higgins to deliver the exciting Stockland Baringa extension for the community.
