Sunshine Village Neighbourhood Shopping Centre DA approved

i2C is pleased to announce that the Development Application for Arendol’s Neighbourhood Shopping Centre, Sunshine Village in Sunshine Bay NSW has now been approved by Eurobodalla Shire Council.

Sunshine Village encompasses an array of amenities aimed at providing the utmost convenience and quality to the residents of Sunshine Bay. Amenities include:

– 600sqm supermarket,

– 300sqm medical centre,

– 450sqm of speciality shops,

– amenities,

– truck loading facilities,

– on grade car parking.

The shopping centre is stage 2 of the development. Stage1 was a 100 place childcare centre that has been successfully operating for over 18 months.

Stage 3 which will be multi-dwelling housing on over 1,000sqm of land next to the childcare centre and the shopping centre. A DA for stage 3 has been submitted in July 2023 with Eurobodalla Shire Council for approval.

The new neighbourhood shopping centre which will be a convenient and quality facility for the residents of Sunshine Bay and the surrounds.
