Coles Drysdale a stand-alone supermarket has undergone a planning rezone and is now ready to hit site once a builder is appointed in the coming weeks. The City of Greater Geelong have been pro-development and worked closely with the client to achieve a desired outcome.
Currently out at tender a builder is expected to be appointed in July 2015. The project is anticipated to start on-site construction work in August 2015 and will be completed early 2016.
We look forward to following this one closely from construction to completion.
