i2C proudly in the top 20 Great Places to Work 2017!

At last night’s GPTW Award, i2C placed 19th in the Best Places to Work in Australia Study 2017 (of firms less than 100 employees).

i2C is also the only architecture and design firm in the top 50 companies across all categories. The results were published in today’s Australian Financial Review, with last nights’ outcome being a true testament to the efforts of our entire team. i2C has a dynamic team approach that brings a unique environment to the Architectural Industry.

Their research tool the Trust Index® Employee Engagement Survey, is taken annually by over 10 million employees worldwide. Leading companies worldwide use this model to increase the levels of trust across their organisations and drive business results.

Great Place to Work will blend an analysis of your employees’ workplace experience, through the Trust Index©Survey, with an assessment of each Companies programs and practices, through a Culture Audit©. They can then provide extensive bench-marking against the culture and performance of best companies nationally and internationally within and across comparable industries and organisational profiles.

i2C’s results from 2014 to 2017

This years results reflect that 96 per cent of the team say that i2C is a great place to work.  “We are proud of this result but our goal is to continually raise the bar and see just how great we can become” – Anthony.

i2C is consistently amongst Australia’s best place to work and have participated every year since 2010. Aside from regular activities throughout the year, i2C encourages internal sporting teams and participate for fun and fitness in local activities and charity based running events.

Community participation is fostered and team members are encouraged to share with the team the charities and causes they would like to support. i2C is involved with corporate responsibility programs and donate percentages of company profits directly to Not for Profit organisations. So far over $350k of donatations have been raised by i2C and we’ll continue to contribute.
