The firm works across the Far and Middle East on a wide range of retail, commercial and entertainment projects. In 2018, the practice’s renovation work on Capitol Mall, Istanbul, was announced as the ICSC Global Awards Europe Winner. Their work on 360 Mall, Kuwait Entertainment Zones, also won international awards from IAPPA. Concept i have been working with Ryder on the Whey Aye Wheel Development, Newcastle, since 2018. The friendship which developed between the two businesses encouraged Concept i to formalise a partnership with the Alliance.
“The combined expertise and resources of the Alliance is something that fascinates us. We are very excited by the global collaboration and pool of talent now available to our clients”. Geoff Morrison, founder and executive director of Concept i
Syntegrate is a consultancy specialising in the application of computer based technology in the building industry and have worked closely with BIM Academy at Ryder’s Hong Kong office over the past year. Syntegrate were established in Hong Kong in 2013 with teams in Seoul and Tokyo.
“Syntegrate have a culture of pursuing cultural collaborations with likeminded businesses, so it’s a natural fit for us to become a part of Ryder Alliance.” Lionel Lambourn, director at Syntegrate
“We are delighted at the addition of Concept i and Syntegrate. The independence from not being part of a large multinational and the relative scale of Ryder Alliance partners is proving very appealing to clients. The Alliance was conceived as a highly flexible and adaptive model for delivering consultancy services, working alongside Ryder’s own international teams to collaboratively deliver the best global expertise to clients.” Jonathan Seebacher, architectural director at Ryder
The Alliance places collaboration at its heart, sharing expertise across a wide range of specialisms and sectors providing global opportunities for our people and our clients. Embracing digital design tools and employing the newest and best technology, information is shared across a common data environment with each practice working to common procedures adapted to suit the requirements of each country.
