Secret Harbour Square Expansion

Secret Harbour Square Food Precinct

The Secret Harbour Square expansion DA pack was recently issued to Charter Hall for DA submission. The City of Rockingham has been pro development and have embraced the proposal from day one. Our concepts for a City Library on the development is also underway as part of the city’s push to activate the precinct.

The expansion of the Secret Harbour Square expansion is a direct response to the overall growth and positive outlook in the area. This expansion enhances the retail offerings, creating a space where national tenants and local businesses can mutually thrive, directly benefiting the Secret Harbour community. Additionally, it serves as a catalyst for further growth, connecting with existing businesses in the vicinity and stimulating the overall development of the precinct.
