Congratulations to everyone from our Interior Design and Branded Environments team who worked to create the new studio which beautifully celebrates its community, culture and ecosystem. The design team approached the project intending to balance the theme of a polished, professional, and modern workplace with a playful, fun, and dynamic culture. The studio’s interior was upgraded by adding vibrancy through colour and graphics.

A special thank you to proud Waanyi and Muruwari woman, Bernice Hookey for working with us on the co-creation of the murals which explore multiple aspects of culture and life through both pre and post-colonialism lenses. These murals have ensured a welcoming, place-based approach leading to a much stronger outcome. The vibrancy of the colours and narrative brings a smile to the face and starts a conversation with reconciliation at the core.

All commended projects in the Regional Awards series will progress to the Queensland Chapter State Awards for consideration.
