Cranbourne Park – Great Progress

Mid-August saw Separable Portion 1 (SP1) finalised with the handing over of both the new car park deck ramp and travelator which is now fully operational for public use.

Works inside the existing mall have begun with ceilings being replaced and floor tiles being removed in preparation for their new finish. Meanwhile the majority of the new concrete structure has been completed, with only a small section remaining for completion. Steelwork has started to be installed and the final bulk shape is well and truly evident.

The Coles tenancy is well and truly moving along and some of the speciality shops have started being set out. Perimeter roadworks are complete, along with the elevation on the residential side.

The next exciting stage will be the feature façade ribbon which will truly represent the final form of the centre and Architectural address of the design. Some mock-ups have been installed with all interested parties truly excited about the end result.
